Chocolate truffles…OMG !
This recipe is simply to “die for”! The food processor is a must but I imagine a regular blender might also do the trick. I doubled the recipe because once you get a taste for it, you want more ! I was a little too generous with the cocoa butter but it turned out just right !
Discovery: Cocoa butter is white or cream color. The aroma from melting the butter fills the room with a sweet sweet flavor. I should for the next time take smaller truffles, to give the impression of more.
You cannot eat just one but you will feel satisfied after 2. It is such a healthy treat. All the phytonutrients in cocoa are just waiting to take your body to the next level !
